As part of Carers Month, join Moss & Stone Creative Arts Therapy for a free session for reconnecting to your emotional wellbeing.
Being a carer can mean spending every bit of energy on someone or something else aside from yourself. It can be a lot. Often you are the last person who is thought of. One can not pour from an empty cup.
This creative arts therapy session invites carers to explore reconnecting to their emotional wellbeing, using curiosity and art materials as a pathway for reflection.
Through a playful exploration of colour, texture, shape and other creative means, participants will have the opportunity to discover what their emotional wellbeing might look like and what helps them feel more grounded, calm and ready to pour from a fuller cup.
There is no need to be an artist. Instead, we’ll focus on process rather than product, creating space to notice, explore and make meaning from our experiences.
Come along, get curious, and reconnect with you.
