South East Carers’ Retreat Tuesday

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect in the South East Metro is a free service, for all ages, that supports families, carers, supporters, and kin of people with mental health and/or substance use challenges.

At our drop-in site in Dandenong, we run a group that offers carers social and wellbeing connection. Our group is a social craft group, held on Tuesday mornings during the Victorian school term.

Our group provides a warm, friendly, and safe space to unwind and recharge with other carers.
