MyTime for parents of teens – Online (National)

MyTime for Parents of Teens is an online peer support group for parents and carers of teenagers (aged 13-18 years) with disability. It’s a space to connect with others who truly understand – you can swap ideas, ask questions, and gain practical encouragement from people who genuinely “get it.”  Whether you feel like sharing or simply listening, you’re always welcome.

Sessions run weekly at 7:30 pm on Wednesday evenings during the school term.
The group is facilitated by an experienced peer support facilitator who is also the parent of a teenager with disability.

MyTime for Parents of Teens is held via Zoom.
