Are you tube fed, living with dysphagia, or supporting someone who is? Join us for a relaxed and supportive morning designed to bring people, families, care teams and professionals together.

Proudly hosted by Surgical House and Complete Dietetics with support from Nurse Next Door Geelong and Surf Coast branches, this biannual gathering provides an opportunity to connect, share experiences and learn about practical support available in the community.

Featuring Expert Dietitian Emma Gore, APD & Founder of Complete Dietetics, who will lead a practical and meaningful support group session.

You’ll also have the opportunity to:

Speak with nurses from Nurse Next Door Geelong and Surf Coast about community nursing and home care support
Connect with Jade Ryan from Surgical House about supplies and continuity of care
View a range of feeding and support supplies
Meet representatives from leading nutrition and equipment suppliers
Ask questions, share experiences and connect with others in a supportive community environment

10:15am – Registration & light refreshments
10:30am – 11:15am – Support group session
11:15am – 11:45am – Morning tea, Q&A, socialising & nutrition/equipment displays
