A Cup of Care” Morning Tea, attendees will come together to pause, connect and recharge over a catered morning tea in a warm and welcoming environment. The activity provides an opportunity to build social connections, share experiences and enjoy meaningful conversation, supporting wellbeing and fostering a sense of community.
This event is free to attend, and morning tea is provided. Preschool aged children (0-6 years) are welcome. While you join the session, a MyTime play leader will engage your children in meaningful play nearby.
MyTime is a peer support program for parents and carers of children with disabilities, developmental delays, or chronic medical conditions. It offers connection, support, and resources in a safe and welcoming space.
Eligibility: Open to parents and carers of children up to 18 years of age with disability, developmental delay, or chronic medical conditions.
